Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of this website and of the products operated by US3 GROUP LLC (“US3”, “we”), including Whawit, our incident-management and on-call platform.
1. Use of the service
You agree to use our services lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt them or to access data that is not yours. Accounts are personal: you are responsible for what happens under yours and for keeping your credentials safe.
2. Customer data and credentials
Whawit connects to systems you own, using credentials you provide, in order to read the logs and signals you ask it to analyse. Those credentials are used for that purpose only. You are responsible for having the right to grant that access.
3. Availability and limitations
Automated analysis is an aid to judgement, not a substitute for it. We do not warrant that any analysis, alert or notification is complete or free of error, and services are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent the law allows.
4. Messaging program (SMS and voice)
Whawit can reach a person by SMS or by voice call when they are on call. Participation is per person and entirely optional.
- How you opt in. Sign in to Whawit, open Preferences > Phone, enter your own mobile number and request a verification code. Making that request is your consent, and it is recorded against your account at that moment. Nobody can enrol a number on somebody else’s behalf.
- What we send. A one-time code so you can prove the number is yours, and on-call pages when an incident is escalated to you. Example messages: “483920 is your Whawit verification code.” and “[P1] INC-1042 checkout-api — acknowledge: https://app.whawit.ai/incidents/8d9b4c9f”. We never send marketing or promotional messages.
- How often. Message frequency varies: pages follow incidents, so there is no recurring schedule and no minimum.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- How you stop. Reply STOP to any message, or remove your number in Whawit under Preferences > Phone — either one ends the messages. Reply HELP, or write to hello@us3.group, for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we do with a phone number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
5. Fees
Where a service is paid, the fees, the billing period and what is included are those stated in the order or subscription you agreed to.
6. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that endangers the service or other customers.
7. Changes
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top.
